What the fee covers
Secure card payments, holding the creator's pay until you approve, refunds under the booking policy, messages, private galleries and support.

Payouts
When money moves
Paid in full on acceptance
Families pay the whole total when the creator accepts. Nothing is charged for a request.
Creators paid after approval
Payout goes out when the family approves the delivery, or automatically 72 hours after delivery.
20% show-up fee
If a game is called off after the creator arrives, they keep 20% and the family gets the rest back.
